Год подходит к концу, как обычно в это время — большинство компаний выпускают свои корпоративные календари. Не стал исключением и «КАМАЗ». В новый год мы входим с обновлённым модельным рядом, автомобили которого и стали главными героями календаря-2021.

1. Январь, спортивный грузовик КАМАЗ-43509
По уже сложившейся традиции, первый месяц года украшает автомобиль КАМАЗ-мастер, ведь именно в январе проходит главная экстрим-гонка мира — Дакар. В календаре этого года компанию спортивному грузовику составляет магистральный тягач КАМАЗ-54901, который был оборудован специально для съёмочной группы художественного телесериала о команде. Сериал должен выйти на экраны в будущем году.
2. Февраль, карьерный самосвал КАМАЗ-65805 (10х6) Атлант
«КАМАЗ» выходит на новые рынки, предлагая не только технику широкого применения, но и автомобили для нишевых отраслей. Одно из таких специальных предложений — первый карьерный самосвал КАМАЗ-65805, получивший собственное имя Атлант. В дальнейшем планируется вывести целое семейство карьерников, среди которых будут и беспилотные машины.
3. Март, городской автобус НЕФАЗ-5299-40-57 на КПГ
Этот автобус, созданный специально для маршрутов с высокой интенсивностью пассажиропотока, работает на компримированном (то есть сжатом) природном газе. Низкопольный, трёхдверный вместимостью на 110 мест (28 из которых — сидячие), НЕФАЗ-5299 отлично решает проблему пассажироперевозок в крупных городах.
4. Апрель, электрогрузовик КАМАЗ-53199
Двухосный электрогрузовик КАМАЗ-53199 предназначен для внутригородских перевозок грузов. «КАМАЗ» серьёзно заинтересовался автомобилями на электрической тяге, и данный грузовик, наряду с мусоровозом «Чистогор», минивэном ШАТЛ, магистральным тягачом «Континент», беспилотником Челнок, а также другими разработками автогиганта входит в семейство камских электромобилей.
5. Май, самосвал КАМАЗ-65952 (6х6)
Полноприводный самосвал КАМАЗ-65952 из нового семейства К5 обладает повышенной проходимостью. Он предназначен для работы в условиях бездорожья и на пересечённой местности.
6. Июнь, КАМАЗ-5490 на СПГ с рефрижератором НЕФАЗ-93341
Новый тягач КАМАЗ-5490 на сжиженном природном газе с двумя криогенными топливными баками. В них газ хранится при температуре минус 140 градусов Цельсия.
7. Июль, беспилотный бескабинный грузовик КАМАЗ-3373 Челнок
Челнок — такое имя получил беспилотный бескабинный грузовой электромобиль КАМАЗ-3373. Он предназначен для перевозки грузов по постоянному маршруту, на внутри заводских и других ограниченных от общего пользования территориях.
8. Август, сочленённый автобус КАМАЗ-6299-40-52 «гармошка»
«Гармошкой» называют автобусы повышенной вместимости, представляющие собой два соединённых между собой салона. Для густонаселённых городов такие автобусы – благословение. Их вместимость почти вдвое выше обычных автобусов, а затраты на топливо и обслуживание не намного выше.
9. Сентябрь, тягач КАМАЗ-65956 с самосвальным полуприцепом НЕФАЗ-9509
Трёхосный тягач КАМАЗ-65956 обладает повышенной грузоподъёмностью. Он может брать больший груз, чем его двухосный собрат, равномерно распределяя нагрузку на две оси.
10. Октябрь, магистральный тягач КАМАЗ-54907 Континент
КАМАЗ-54907 — это автомобиль нового энергосберегающего формата, оснащённый вдобавок к дизельному двигателю Р6 (усовершенствованному до показателей расхода топлива менее 25 л на 100 км) электромотором и солнечными батареями.
12. Декабрь, магистральный тягач КАМАЗ-65959 с цистерной НЕФАЗ-96895
Магистральный тягач КАМАЗ-65959 оснащён подъёмной третьей осью. При ходе «порожняком» эта ось поднимается и не участвует в движении, что повышает экономичность автомобиля и снижает износ колёс.

Зачем КАМАЗ сделал супертяжелые самосвалы, чем они отличаются от обычных КАМАЗов и как мы умудрились разбить одному из них бампер? Камский автозавод завершил испытания и весной 2017 года запускает в серию тяжелые самосвалы и шасси КАМАЗ-6580, КАМАЗ-65801 и КАМАЗ-65802. Полная масса КАМАЗ-6580 и КАМАЗ-65801 – 41 тонна, а КАМАЗ-65801 – 50 тонн! Таких самосвалов у КАМАЗа еще не было!
In this video im restoring an antique ox-tongue iron.
The ox-tongue iron is named for the particular shape of the insert. It was used in the late 19th century.
I bought this one on eBay for $25. The condition of this item was not too bad in terms of rust. Unfortunately the ox-tongue insert was missing. The handle had play because one nut of the two bolts was missing. During the dissasembling I realized that it had asbestos as termal isolation, I replaced it with parts made out of duroplastic. Duroplastic does not melt, its heat resistant up to around 300°C. As the holes of the handle were not centered, I decided to drill them up and close them with glued in pins. One of the two bolts of the handle was bent, one nut and washer was missing and the used washer was too big. Thats why I decided to make it all new. The door didnt fit at all, so I welded up the holes, and made new ones until the door sit flush with the top of the iron. After that I was able to make the outer contur fit. I choose to turn a few parts black. After the first sandblasting I removed all the scratches and pitting with sanding and then I sandblasted them again to achieve a very nice and even surface finish. The bluing then makes a very nice matte shiny look. I decided to polish the body, but I used bluing on the inside for rust protection.
Overall I really like the look from this iron, how the colors of the wood, the black steel and the polished steel play with eachother.

The A-10 Thunderbolt is also known as the Warthog, the ‘flying gun’ and the Tankbuster.
The A-10 is a high-survivability and versatile aircraft, popular with pilots for the ‘get home’ effectiveness.
The mission of the aircraft is ground attack against tanks, armoured vehicles and installations, and close air support of ground forces.
The A-10 is suitable for operation from forward air bases, with short take-off and landing capability. The aircraft has a long range (800 miles), high endurance and can loiter in the battle area.
The manoeuvrability at low speed and low altitude (below 1,000ft) allows accurate and effective targeting and weapon delivery over all types of terrain.
The GAU-8/A 30mm Gatlin gun iis installed on the U.S. Air Force’s A-10 Thunderbolt II aircraft and the Navy’s Goalkeeper Close-In Weapon System. The GAU-8/A provides a reliable, high-rate-of-fire, combat-proven weapon for close air support and shipboard defense missions.
Each of the gun’s seven barrels contains its own breech bolt assembly, which fires once per gun revolution. This ensures long barrel life because firing loads are distributed over all seven barrels. Continuous rotary motion reduces impact loads on gun components, leading to long parts life and high reliability.
The A-10 aircraft is specifically designed to provide close air support. The GAU-8/A gun provides rapid response to threats that are in close proximity to friendly ground forces and is well suited for engagements inside missile envelopes.
In the Goalkeeper application, the GAU-8/A fires a lethal, high-kinetic-energy 30mm Missile-Piercing Discarding Sabot round.

Well, This Katana took me too long to make and this was not easy to make it such perfect. Alot of People asked me to make Katana so i tried my best to make a perfect Katana Sword as i can.
All the Processes are below of making this beautiful KATANA:
Forging:
It took me almost three days to hand forge an Iron Chain piece into a long Metal Strip and this was one of my hardest forging ever. I dont have a power hammer so i did all the forging with hands and turned a chain piece into an almost 33 — 34 inches long steel strip.
Grinding:
I started some rough grindings of long strip on my Belt sander and turned the strip into a Katana shaped long steel piece. I also hand sanded the edges with the help of file to remove almost all the roughness of the sword.
o. I made the Blood Groove with the help of rotary grinder.
o. The blade bevel was made by my professional angle grinder.
o. Hand Sanded the blade to remove roughness.
Hardness:
There is a professional way to harden a Katana and that is
Covering the whole sword in a Fire Clay (Insulation) Except the blade bevel.After that we put the sword into the fire and heat it to critical temperature. We use oil to Quench the heated sword in it. Now the Bevel is hard and the remaining sword is annealed. Tempering the blade is the best way to increase the Strength, Hardness and Toughness of the sword.
Hibaki:
This piece is traditionally made by forging some copper or brass but we can also make it by casting these metals. And the purpose of hibaki is to hold the Sheath with the handle.
Handle:
The Handle contains three parts.
o. GUARD: I made the guard by using a thick brass sheet, which is roundly turned into a beautiful metal piece that can show a partition between the handle and the remaining sword.
o. Spacer: This is the little metal piece which fits on tang and controls the fittings of the whole handle so nothing should vibrate in handle.
o. Wood: A nice piece of wood uses as a handle of the sword and that could be Wrapped by some soft (leather) strips.

Сегодня был на ТО и выявил тот косяк из-за которого машина неадекватно вела себя на асфальте, особенно во время торможения. Я реально понимал что на ней легко попасть в аварию и даже выложил предупредительный ролик. Не мог предположить что япошки накосячили и привыкал к такому сложному вождению, греша на резину и узкую колею. ТО мне обошлось 12407, всё подробно снял. Процесс длился 2,5 часа, но я сильно отвлекал.
Рекомендую всем проверить этот узел, слышал несколько историй как разбили новый Джимни в первую неделю, в том числе и клиент «Луидора» где я покупал авто.
